By using USD.NET you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, a resident of a supported country, and able to sign with a recognised eID provider.
3. Services
We provide cashback paid in USDT, the USD.NET card programme, and the Buy USDT (pay in 30 days) service. Specific products may carry additional terms presented at sign-up.
4. Wallet & custody
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials and recovery phrase. We cannot recover lost keys.
5. Fees
Fees are disclosed before each transaction. We may update fees with notice.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering or to evade sanctions.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, USD.NET is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, blockchain network failures, or third party actions outside our control.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your local agreement.
