Where to buy and redeem stablecoins
For size, the venue matters more than the token. What you are really buying is a redemption path: the ability to turn on-chain dollars back into bank dollars at par, on a predictable timeline, in your jurisdiction.

Common questions
Exchange redemption vs issuer redemption — what's the difference?
An exchange sells you tokens from its own inventory at the market price, which can drift from $1.00. Issuer redemption (Circle Mint, Tether direct) is at exactly $1.00 but requires an account, minimums, and passes their compliance checks.
How much can I move without pushing the price?
Check the liquidity column on the screener and the depth on the comparison pages. As a rule, if your order is a meaningful share of on-chain liquidity, split it across venues or go direct to the issuer.
Should I leave stablecoins on an exchange?
Only working capital. An exchange balance stacks issuer risk and venue risk. For anything you are not actively trading, withdraw to self-custody or hold via a regulated custodian.
Which exchange is best for off-ramping to a bank?
The one that supports your currency's local rails — ACH/wire in the US, SEPA in the EU, Faster Payments in the UK — and can maintain a banking relationship in that region. That is a bigger differentiator than trading fees.
Directory entries are hand-maintained and limited to facts we can verify from public sources: custody model, KYC, fiat rails, supported dollar assets, chains and regions. We do not publish fees or rates here because they change constantly — always confirm on the provider's own site. Nothing here is an endorsement or financial advice.
